The data subject has the right to request that the Data Controller restrict processing if:
- the data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data
- the processing is unlawful
- the Data Controller no longer needs the data, but the data subject requires it for legal claims
- the data subject has objected to the processing
e) Notification Obligation
The Data Controller shall communicate any rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing to each recipient to whom the personal data has been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
f) Right to Object
The data subject has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of their personal data based on legitimate interests.
g) Right to Data Portability
The data subject has the right to receive personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and has the right to transmit this data to another controller.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they consider that the processing of personal data relating to them infringes the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Right to an Effective Judicial Remedy
Every data subject has the right to an effective judicial remedy if they consider that their rights under the General Data Protection Regulation have been infringed as a result of the processing of their personal data in non-compliance with this Regulation.
